Payment Methods
Customers can pay securely using PayPal, Open Banking or manual bank transfer. PayPal provides a familiar and convenient payment option, while Open Banking allows customers to authorise payment directly through their banking app without entering card details. Manual bank transfer is also available, with the payment details and order reference provided during checkout. Orders paid by manual bank transfer will be processed once the payment has been confirmed. Simply select your preferred payment method at checkout and follow the instructions provided.
Shipping
All Orders are sent out Monday to Friday, and usually posted the same-day or the next-day. Orders ordered before 4pm are sent out same-day. We do not ship on weekends.
UK Orders – We send all UK orders via Royal Mail. All UK orders currently have free postage for orders that are £50 or more.
